About the Resort

Disney's Coronado Springs Resort celebrates the character and traditions of the American Southwest and northern Mexico. Relax along the shores of the serene Lago Dorado, the 15-acre lake, it offers a quiet stroll around the mile-long Esplanade as you make your way to your themed guest room buildings and Convention Center. Here, palm-shaded courtyards and Spanish-style haciendas create the perfect climate for business and pleasure. Soak up the sun at an elaborate themed pool area, indulge in the flavors of Mexico and South America at Maya Grill, or mingle in Rix Lounge. Conveniently located in Disney's Animal Kingdom Resort area, Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is close to all four Walt Disney World Theme Parks, golf, and nightlife.

Conference Lodging Rate

The conference rate for lodging is $170.00 per night plus the appropriate taxes and fees.

Rooms can be reserved through Disney Reservations (407-939-1020) or on-line through a dedicated reservations page: http://www.disneyurl.com/NationalGAINSCenterConference2010.

Remember to identify yourself as a National GAINS Center Conference participant to receive the conference rate if you reserve lodging by phone.

Room Block

After February 24, 2010 any rooms remaining in the room block will be released back to the hotel and room rates will increase substantially. However, the room block is likely to fill before the release date.

Ground Transportation

Complimentary transportation between the Orlando International Airport (MCO) and the Coronado Springs Resort is offered to resort guests by the Walt Disney World Magical Express. A reservation is required. For more information: http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/resorts/benefits/airport-service.

A separate bus service also provides free transportation to other resorts and parks within Walt Disney World.
