The National GAINS Center has developed a one-day strategic analysis workshop for States engaged in comprehensive statewide planning and cross-system coordination of their criminal justice, mental health, and substance abuse systems. The workshop addresses a State’s current cross-system priorities, service and system-level barriers, and development of interventions along the various points of the sequential intercept model.
